When I first walked through the doors of Holy Cross School many years ago as a substitute teacher, I felt a strong bond of faith and community among the faculty, parents and students. It was this strong bond that drew me to accept a full-time teaching position at Holy Cross when it was offered, and I soon became a part of a faculty that cares deeply about each other and about every student. There is an unselfish willingness to go above and beyond to help one another and to serve children. This is truly a special place.

Both of my children graduated from this school, and I am very thankful that they have benefited from a Holy Cross education. The academic foundation they received here at Holy Cross prepared them to be successful in both high school and college, and the faith foundation has led them to become young adults that feel a strong bond with all of God's people.

My husband and I have been members of The Church of the Holy Cross since 1984. We have been involved with the parish in many ways through the years. I have been a Children's Liturgy of the Word leader, in charge of Altar Server training, and have worked at many parish functions. My husband served on the Pastoral Council and tends to "pitch-in" whenever he can. This, along with our connections with the school, has made Holy Cross home for us.
